Can anybody tell me whether my case is hopeful for applying EB1B?

Questions:
1. What kind of information my employer need to provide? Which document should my employer sign?

2. Will the papers not in first author be counted? How to present it to USCIS in terms of contribution in the paper?

3. Must I get some recommendation letters from people outside US?

4. Who would be the good candicates to ask for recommendation letters? PhD advisor? dissertation committe chair? former employer?
