NSC just want total crazy, I am sure they put some anti-immigrants people in charge for eb1a and eb1b. We first see several eb1a with the same officer get denied just in this month, from , then finally, ours got denied too yesterday. they don't read your response to the ref at all, when they send out the refer to question your qualification, they already prettery much predetermined. Stupid NSC.
