H1B 6 年後 AP 回國 和H1B 6 年內 真 有區別 嗎？請ＰＩＮＧＪＩＡＮＧ大師 看我 律師的信 多謝！！！

我去年用Ｈ１Ｂ　AP 回國， 一切順利。 今年剛ＲＥＮＥＷ　３年Ｈ１Ｂ（Ｈ１Ｂ〉６年）。我律師說我必須同時申請　EAD 。請問真的必要嗎？請指教。　


I just want to clarify to you that if you reenter the United States on your Advance Parole, you need to then have an Employment Authorization Document (EAD). In short, we need to apply not only for your Advance Parole, but also for your EAD as that will be the document that will authorize your continued employment following your return to the United States.
