請問這個時候我可不可以用ac21上班?
-You need an EAD to work or work with a valid H1 status. AC21 is not for work, but for measuring whether your change of job will affect your I-485 or not (I-140 approved, I-485 pending > 180 days,change of job in the same area does not affect I-485).
