I-485 REF, Please, Please!

file I-485 過180天換工作，工作性質相同。現收到notice from USCI：“you must a currently dated letter from you intended permant employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position(if different from your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. this lwtter shoud be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. the letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment_based visa petition(or labor certification) continue to exist.”

Question:
1, 除了信以外，我還要準備什麽材料？
2，這封信可否由我部門的Director寫？
3，intended permant employer具體指誰呀？
