The 2/11/05 date on I-94 was not an error, it was determined based on the I-20 you submitted. What you need to do is to file I-539 for extension using the newly acquired I-20 and get a new I-94.
If you stay past the I-94 date without a pending application, you lose legal non-immigrant status.
