1) I need to send my first I-94?
-Yes. Provide the photocopies of all of your I-94 cards to USCIS. They just want to know whether you were legally present in U.S. all the time.

2) I need to a copy of all my petition approval notices (form I-797).
-Provide them the photocopies of all Approval Notices (Form I-797).
