485Pending換雇主，是否需要通知INS？怎樣通知？有可能收到RFE for新公司嗎？

My I-485 is pending, I am going to work in a one-man company (2 workers including me now). My I-140 was approved more than one year ago. Do I need to notify INS of the job change? How should I send the notification? The company I will work for is profitable but so small, I am afraid to receive the RFE from INS about the status of company. Is that possible? My attorney said there was no need to notify currently. If INS asks later, just submit an employer letter to them. Is that ture? Please help.
