我妹有綠卡， 現在國內探親。我安排了她和以前一個非常喜歡她的男生見麵， 現在一切在我意料之中。肯定會結婚， 現在問題是， 我妹妹隻有綠卡， 是不是不能立即申請那個男的過來？ 如果是， 要等多久？ 我剛接到那個男的電話， 在電話裏痛苦失聲， 說這次無論如何也要和我妹妹在一起。
