I-485 pending (TSC), called last week, was informed FP has expir

But they did not notice me of the expiration. Angry!

My PD is Dec 2005 and have been waiting since Sep 2007. I want to go to the local Senator's office to ask for help.

Do I need to wait until my case is current to go to the Senator's office? Will it be useless if I go now?
