回複：H1B被laid off，有EAD，NIW Based EB2。身份問題請教？

對於身份問題，現在我們需要做什麽？

如果找到新工作，中間有gap的話，還能用H1B transfer嗎？
-Yes. But if the transfer is approved without I-94 card due to the gap, your hu*****and needs to go out of US to get an H1 visa to activate the approved h1 status.
He can also use EAD to work if he wants to.
