1.你是以H4在學校讀書?移民局與學校的聯係應該是針對F1的學生.如果F1的學生不繼續上課了.學校報上移民局.就會有問題.
2.如果你老公不能轉換新的公司,那你可能就得轉F1了,保持合法的身份是你家目前最主要的事.
