Yes, my friend has already got everything from his company. He works in the same company in China for three years. This US company applied L1 for him. After all the paperwork was ready, he was informed to go to the Consulate for interview. But still he didn't get the visa right way. In steady, he was asked to wait for the results after they checked something.
