Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds like you have a permanent job from 某公司.
If so, then you would not be eligible for the NIW EB-2 case option, since for that case you must
not be eligible for labor certification, and it looks like you are.

If you are considering EB-1 options, then your best option would be EB1-2, which GE and their
lawyer could sponsor for you, since it appears you would be eligible for this, as an outstanding
researcher. I am not sure you would have enough evidence to support an EB1-1 case, such
as we won for your friend, that kind of case takes alot of evidence. Also, the EB1-1 option
makes more sense when you do not have a sponsor, like you do. Let me know if you have
