回複：回複：H1B, 485 Pending，可以用EAD做consultant嗎？

The situation is that I am going to quit my current full-time job and do consultant work for another employer (still full time work but not on the payroll). Which option would not affect my 485 filing:
1. Transfer my H-1B to the new employer (not sure how it's gonna work due to the "consultant" title); or
2. Use my EAD to work as a consultant.
