could be just the transfer from TSC to NSC

My case was transferred from CSC to TSC in 2007 and got the same message. I contacted my lawyer and was told that could just mean the case was transferred to TSC not local USCIS office. Wish PJIANG is wrong this time as I really dont like the case pending at the local office :)
