EB-1(b) application questions. Thx.

Hello all,

I have just decided to try EB-1(b) and have the following questions.
Any input will be appreciated.

(1) I have worked on and published in 2 different sub-areas during my Ph.D. study. Do I have to choose one of them to use as my "academic
fied"? This kind of limited the number of people that I can ask for
recommendation letters.

(2) I have an approved EB2 140 from the same employer (485 not yet submitted). On the 140 form, it requests explanation for previous
applications. How can we explain this type of duplicate submission?

(3) Should the recommendation letters be sealed in signed envelops or
it can be open?
