勞工卡被拒 (PERM College teacher, special handling)

PJIANG老師及各位朋友，

不好意思，再次打擾。我的勞工卡被拒(university faculty, special handling)，原因是信息不全，之後，律師補上信息，於11月再次遞上，還沒有消息。律師說，準備重新遞交一次。我不知道這樣是否可行。
