Am I eligible to apply citizenship?

Hi, Pijiang & other DaXia:

Can you please take a look of my case to see if I am eligible to apply U.S. citizenship? My hu*****and got his green card before we got married in 2000. He applied green card for me in 2001 when he was a permanent resident. My green card finally was approved in June 2006. Also my hu*****and applied his citizenship in Jan 2005. However because of name check, his citizenship was approved in 2008.

According to N-400 instruction, one of the requirements is “Your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last three years.” So I am not sure if I am eligible to apply the citizenship. Your help is greatly appreciated!
