-No. Your new employer just needs to provide a letter to verify your employment such as job title, salary, responsibilities and that is all.

2. 如果新公司還需要3-4個月才能納入正軌,我在這段時間是否可以用EAD打工,等公司開張了再用這張H-1B去上班?
-You can use EAD, but your status will be AOS, not H1 (you can not use H1 after you use EAD.
還是不要用EAD, 保持CASE的簡單性,以減少被RFE 的機會?
-Using EAD is irrelevant to RFE.

3. AOS 身份維持7-8個月會否對綠卡申請有影響?
-I do not think so. As long as you have a job when you asked for REF, you will be fine.

4. LG的H-1B也被轉入了這家公司,但我是485的主申請人,請問LG可否用EAD工作, 而不用他的H-1B, 他使用EAD 會否對我們的485申請有什麽影響?
-No negative effects.
