2) You may file I-130 for her, while PD of F1 is currently 22JUL02
She may think to file H-1b, and file EB which may be quicker to get GC.

Need your help/opinion for my daughter’s case…
8226; got my green card in June 2003 via EB2
8226; filed I-485 “follow to join” for my daughter in August 2003 (she was 18 back then…came from China to US in May 2003 on B2)
8226; Her I-485 has been pending ever since….
8226; I became US citizen in October 2008 (which I wish I had never done or be able to undo … the biggest mistake and the most stupid thing I have done in my life…)
8226; Received my daughter’s GC interview notice in Feb 2009 after writing to congressman and senator…
My questions are:
8226; Did my daughter lose her “follow-to-join” status because of my citizenship...?
8226; If so, what should we do: should we go to this interview or not?
8226; What are other alternatives if she does loss her status (she’s 24 year old now, has a college degree and passed her CPA last year…?)
I am losing my mind…. Almost wanted to kill myself….don’t understand why I did something stupid like this… my entire life is for my daughter … why I ruined her future like this… I cried and cried and don’t know what to do….
