I am laid off today. Currently I am holding H1B which will expire 9/30/2009.
485 application is ted in July 2007 based on my spouse's job. I applied EAD in 2007, but never use the card. The 1-year EAD card expired last year.
My questions are:
1. Am I out of status today?
