Did you see it on Chicago embassy?
I noticed there is a clear requirement in Toronto Embassy, but I did not find anything about this issue in Chicago embassy.

"I remember Chicago's embassy has requirement on it and instruction as well how and where to get the documents. "

I hope Chicago embassy do have the clear instruction about it .
