many Chinese parents have green card live less time in US than your mother. The 3rd B2 extension is rarely approved except for those have strong reasons to stay in US with proof. One example I am impressed was to take care of severely injured/disabled GC brother. One might think it is taking Americans job, but in that case, the B2 was sucessfully approved for long stay because of this reason.
