only have 25 days now to response. Will it be enough to get new LC approved?
-Yes, it is usually only takes serval days (3-5 days), but you need to ask your employer or your lawyer to get it, not you. This approved Form ETA 9035 needs to be get everytime you file a new H1 by your employer or lawyer.
