It's abnormal, see my case....

My 485 was approved in Oct 2008, Card Production Ordered email on 1-21-09, but so far no card, no welcome notice, no approval notice. called numerous times using POJ method to Texas center, finally they found that nobody cared to update the card production system with my approval. so they now requesting my A file physically delivered to them so they can verify the approval and make the card...that will take at least a month from today. You see, accidents do happen, if I didn't call, that problem would persist and I would never get the card. So you have to pursue it by yourself, they just don't care! Those idiots at USCIS! What center you case is at?
