FYI: USCIS manually prints some GC cards now

Just got off phone with Texas center and a nice lady told me that they are trying to print some people's cards manually, because "sometimes, printer computers just don't recognize the file and refuse to print". Unfortunately, my card was one of those needed to be produced manually, and the specific person who is doing all these special printings got a long list of work to do. I am waiting since last October to get my card after the approval and this is the answer I got from them. Does anybody else have a similar case as mine? Thanks.
