If the membership requires high standards, it will be Ok. Maybe you need to apply for more membership.

It is Ok if you had some review work in other countries instead of in the US. But the more review work you do, the better.

You can ask the editor to assign some review work for you. They will be glad to do so becasue many professionals do not have much time to do the review work.
