After you two get married and she files I-485, you both should be processed based on her place of birth (Taiwan), although you are the main applicant. This means your application should be processed faster as here is no visa cap on Taiwan born applicants. When she files I-485, you may remind her lawyer to attached a letter to point out that your case can also be processed based on her place of birth.
