回複：皮匠老師和各位高手，我需要出境激活簽證嗎？

04年我在h身份時曾有不到1年的self employee, 並在稅表上填了，現在擔心會因此導致485被拒。
-Do you mean you worked when you were H4 status using EAD in 2004? If so, your status is AOS, not H4. You do not need to worry about your status (H4 or AOS) and do not need to do anything. Even if your I-485 is denied, you still can come back to H4 status as long as your hu*****and keep his H1 status valid.

簽了H4後回來，是否需要withdraw現有的485，再等排期到了重新file 485？如果不重新file 485的話，出境激活簽證的好處（以前的一筆勾銷）是否還用得上？
-You do not need to withdraw your I-485 because getting H4 visa to com back does not affect your I-485 if your current status is H1/H4.
