回答: I successsfully relinked my I-485 from NIW 140 to EB1A 140, got 由 bjtjsh 於 2009-02-24 22:03:42

list your approved NIW and EB1A 140 receipts and I-485 receipt and say the reason you want relink is that EB1a 140 has advantage that its visa is current.
I got green card last month. My PDs for EB1a and NIW 140s were all July 2007.
