GC interview documents question!(tax reture and joint account)

Hi every one!!! this is something wrong with my computer so I can't type chinese..pelase ignore my english skills and concern about my questions! Thank you!!!!

--I am now preparing GC interview documents.but my LG and me didn't file the tax reture together. we married last year. Does it matter if we file tax separately?
--- Our joint account:I stopped working one month after we got married and now I want to start working again. the problem is: we did have some money in the joint account first, but by the time I stopped working, there is no money left in the joint account, all the living expense and bills are paid from my LG's personal account.because it just seems easier for us. Will it be a problem for the interview?
