皮匠老師和其他有經驗的朋友, please help with I485rfe, Thanks alot!

I got rfe of TST test one month ago. I sent the letter back three weeks ago with express mail. tracked the mail online and found out the letter was delivered to TSC and somebody signed for received this letterthe next day after I sent it. But I called TSC three weeks later after I sent the letter because nothing happened when I checked my case status online ( most people said they got approved within 2 weeks). The TSC told me they did not get the letter. Now the due date just pasted. What should I do? Send a copy again, but I did not have the golden paper, I just have copy of it?

Please help me!
