Both mine and happyxie's cases are not being touched yet, there is no LUD on mine at all. Even though our PD is current, but we both were informed, in my case, in email, and happyxie's verbal converstation on phone, that there is some issue about the visa quota.

If there is any evidence of newly approved 485, EB2 class, for Chinese citizen, from now on till the rew visa bulletin come out, , that will prove the assumption is faulse.
