1)如果你的CASE IS PENDING AT TSC, you may ask your attorney to initiate an inquiry through AILA

2)you may ask the other senator in your state for help.
3)you may ask the congressman who represents your district for help.

For 2) and 3), let them know your EB2 PD should be your EB3 PD carried over per immigration law etc.
