More questions about 2nd H1B

I have 485 pending, and I am planning on applying for the 2nd H1B for some side projects.
1. I only need part time for the 2nd one, is there a Part time H1B?
2. If yes for 1, is the salary requirement based on hourly? Because I may work between 0 to 20 hours a week, the pay will vary month from month
3. Will the 2nd H1B negatively affect my pending 485?
