USCIS may really manully print my green card...

Hi, everyone,
just want to share with you guys my sad experience and hopefully no one else will go thru what I am going thru right now. My EB1A I485 case was approved in 5 months ago. CPOed 1st time on 1-23-08, never see anything, so I called called. Finally, last week, the Texas center was telling me that they put a card production order the second time on 2-13-09. Still nothing came, so I called again today, 10 days after Feb. 13th, now they told me that the 2-13-09 order didn't go thru and they didn't know why! How ridiculous! Then she told me this time they were gonna give my file to "a lady" at another card printing facility across town to do some special print. When asked when I can get any solid news about my card production, she said " call us back in 1 month!" Another month!? aren't they idiots? why it is so hard to get a card printed!!! is this the government you want to put any trust in? What can I do, hire a lawyer to sue to get my long overdued card? those USCIS idiots!!
