我丈夫還沒申請AOS，我轉工作會影響他將來申請嗎？

我是EB２，Priority date 是2006.在2007夏季的大混亂中我也 file 了AOS。但我先生沒趕上跟我一起轉，一直在等我的 priority date to be current。現在我想轉雇主，是同樣的工作，下麵是我的兩問題：
１.因我先生還沒轉AOS，如果我要換雇主,必須仍用H１轉，是嗎？
２. I know it should be fine for me to transfer employer. Since my 140 is approved and 485 has been filed more than 180 days. But how about my hu*****and? Can he still file his AOS when my priority date becomes current? Is this a seamless process? What happens if the priorty date becomes current in the process of my H1B transfer. Can he still files AOS during that period? Does he need to wait until my H1B is approved and after notifying of my new employment to USCIS? Any impact to his AOS if I transfer my H1B?
