使用advanced parole

AP申請批準了。我在申請綠卡的過程中有大約兩個月的身份模糊期，很難界定是否“黑”過沒有。我的律師沒有給我什麽實質意見。想問問大家，都沒有親身經曆或者聽說過。。。有拿了AP在入境時被拒的？
