Thanks, pjiang. 皮匠老師，認真讀了您的博客文章，So the answer is "yes"? Since I have my own approved RIR/I140, even I am not the I-485 principle applicant? I can transfer my H1B to the new employer and work without touching EAD?
one more question: if our I-485 is denied, can I file another I-485 based on my EB3 case?
