求助：老公被雷

求助：老公被雷, 萬幸的是他提前找好了下家.

可是下一個公司3月15日才讓他開始上班, 他現在綠卡已經遞了，也可以用EAD工作，但
新公司要求他transfer H1B 。新H1B還沒有遞上去，他現在等於已經失去H1B了嗎？還能transfer H1B?


想請教一下班上的大牛，有什麽好的方法可以解決中間的gap 問題？ 萬分感謝！
