Help: how to get a copy of lost 延期批準信

Hi, I am sorry I can not type chinese. I'd like to let my parents to visit us again. Last time, their visa were extended once and got approved. The thing is we can't find the approval letter anymore. My question is : is there a way to get a copy of 延期批準信.
