If failed, 2008 neufeld memo allows you to work parttime at the cap-exempt job (your current job) and have a concurrent H1 cap job (私立高中), as long as you still also work for the cap exempt H1 sponsor.

As for your I-140, what is your category now, if EB1b or PERM special handling, the new 私立高中job is not same or similar job.
