Idiots in USCIS!

I called again yesterday, 25 days after CPO and still no card. A man picked up my call at Texas center. I told him the situation and he checked my file in his computer and he said my card was ordered, again, on 2-13-09, and he said it will take 30-45 days for the card to arrive. Jeez, I don't understand why takes that amount of time. I guess they got somebody to manually paint my card, even that it doesn't take 30-45 days!!! This is why the economy here is in recess, because the government got so many idiots and imbeciles!
