皮匠和各位大蝦: I-94 will expire , How to renew drive license, and need

I am drive license will expire this June
I am 485 pending AOS without H1 visa, AP stamp and I94 show 06/xx/2009 expiration date. Obviously I am not able to present evidence to renewal new license. what Immigration document I can use to show me I can stay USA longer based on AOS pending. Or should I do in the case.
Must I leave before I94 expiration date ?
