Labor approved: 2007 April
I-140 approved: 2007 May
I-485 approved: Today
RFE email received at 01/19/2009. Attorney gets the RFE letter at 01/26/2009 (for TBS test). Reply received by NSC at 02/06/2009, case resumed at 02/09/2009.
