關於父母綠卡及AP

我於2008年9月給我父母申請綠卡。他們2002年持探親簽證來美，所以
現在身份是非法居留。我知道這並不影響辦綠卡。但這種情況可不可以
申請Advanced parole. (比如說想在I-485 pending 的時候短期回國？)
