stay between US/CN half and half 也要MAINTAIN PART TIME H1B啊? 為什麽後者要BETTER呢?
- "老板支持我回去,說可以可以兩邊各待一半時間,他PAY我一半時間的錢,可以幫助我保持H1" In this case, you maintain full time H-1b, during the stay in US. When you're outside US, nothing to do with H-1b.
