請教PJIANG等, 140 pending, 485< 180 days, 能file ac21 portability 嗎?

I want to file EB1B, but I changed company and the job is similar.
When I left the previous company, 140 pending, 485 right now I got 140 approved, 485 passed 180 days,

Must I file AC21 before filing EB1B for the new company, any risk?
