Just had a quarrel with lawyer firm. NND, they sent my I-140/I-485 to the wrong service center. Will CIS return that?

They are an American lawyer firm in Washington DC area.

Do not trust any lawyer. That is a lesson I learned with money and time.

Do immigration by yourself.
